Hi love!

Welcome to my dream, Dream Navigation. I'm so happy you're here! I'm Jessica, an intuitive coach, mentor, and healer and it is my great joy to be an anchor for this absolute revolution and rising of the collective consciousness.

I'm a certified meditation teacher, mindfulness coach, neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, Usui Reiki practitioner, Laughter Yoga leader, and trained holder of sacred space. My purpose is to help you to align with your creative vision and BE your most fully expressed, confident, and highest self in biz and life - now. Together, we will break the patterns holding you back and bring you to a place of supreme peace and freedom.

Years ago, I found my way out of anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction by falling in love with the power of now, spirituality, and myself. And, super importantly, I got (and get) support - and lots of it! It is now my life's work and deepest pleasure to stand with others as they let go and step into now as their highest and truest selves.

I excel at holding you in the safest and most trusted of spaces. Using a myriad of highly effective and personalized techniques and modalities, I help you get out of your own way to breakthrough limiting beliefs and old stories - fast. Even if you have no idea what to expect or where you're going, I am beyond confident I can make a massive difference in your life and/or organization and show you how to step into the life and peace that you desire. You can find me laughing on repeat, savoring the best iced coffee and seafood, chasing spectacular sunsets, hanging out with my beloved friends and family, or at the beach anytime of the year.
